I recently asked after services that would recovery data from trashed disks

Several services offer data recovery that advertise in both Computer Shopper
and Computer Hot Line. I have no experience with any of them.

If you get Sun Expert, there are lots of ads for rental Sun gear in
that mag. If not, drop me a line and I will summarize them to you.
Sorry, but I do not know of any data recovery services. There should be
a tool or two, tho. You might want to post to comp.sys.wizards.
